Need help with feelings of anxiety during a college event.?

Will my usual diet help me grow to my full potential?

I am just wondering about in the future not right now because i know we all grow different but diet is important and i try to eat my best and im 5 5" and i should be about 6" wen i am done growing i am 14 years old male btw. so every morning i eat yogurt and not protein shakes becasue they are gross adn i dont get the point xD for lunch if i am at home i eat a home cooked meal because my parents dont beleev in boxed food and if i am at school i eat a large salad for lunch like ceasar salad and all that and for dinner i also always eat a home cooked meal and salad as a side. well usually i eat at a restaurant because my parents own one but it is always very healthy. during the day if i snack it is usually just cereal or sometimes bread with nutella and i have a tendency to eat alot of mixed nuts like i take a handful wenever i walk buy my kitchen. will this diet help me grow to my full potential? i also stay pretty active about 30 minutes a day workout out adn then whatever i do with my frends. and i only eat junk food once a month like if i go to the movies ill have some popcorn and stuff thank you for all your replies in advance and sorry for being so long thank you.

How to get out of and be over a love hate relationship?

I've been on and off from a relationship for 5yrs. It's gotten to the point where I don't know if I love him or I hate him. I find myself trying to please him in everything. He's hurt me emotionally over and over again. When things don't go or aren't done his way he finds the way to hurt my feelings. If there's something that bothers me or that I have something to complain about he makes me feel like I'm nuts and over dramatic. But again he hurts me when he isn't pleased, which is something that I never do to him. We broke off for six months with no contact whatsoever. I was doing great. ok. well first of all be a big boy and face the consequences of eating things off the floor. Especially when you don't even know if the mushrooms are the POISONOUS kind or not. I was taken for walkies today by my owner (James Hewitt). We were joined by his good friend Major Charles Ingram and his chowchow Ernie. You have to overcome your fear of driving first and then build up your confidence, then with constant, you'll find that driving is not a tough task at all. Driving is not that difficult but i could see that you are mentally not prepared to drive yet.

I got in a fight and now i really hurt?

Should my rc nitro engine pop when I try to start it?

I have a Savage XL with the 5.9 motor in it. My question is that when I hook my drill (roto starter) to the motor should the engine popping (compression noise) get faster when I spin the drill faster? It doesn't matter how fast my drill goes, the engine doesn't pop very fast. In fact, sometimes it pops when it wants to even when I have the drill on full blast trying to start it. My mother had schizophrenia. How likely am I to have this?

A couple years ago when I went off to college I would start getting sick to my stomach out of nowhere and didn't feel like myself. I started thinking I was always sick and kept thinking I was finding things wrong with my body...random bumps, pressure in ears and face...just odd things. I became very paranoid and kept looking online for answers only in turn making me more paranoid. Its like mental sickness manifested itself into physical sickness and then started a looping cycle from mental to physical and then back to mental. I was driving my girlfriend nuts because I told her every night that I knew something was wrong with me. She just kept saying I was fine and to stop overreacting. I could actually think about my head hurting and a headache would come. I went to countless doctors to get my sinuses checked and even got a CAT scan. Nothing showed up. I still have a bad pressure in my right jaw where the upper and lower connect. Sometimes under stress it hurts worse. I think I have messed up the cartilage in my jaw from grinding teeth. And I randomly have anxiety attacks all the time out of nowhere thinking about nothing? Also, I sometimes hide from people for weeks, even my parents and refuse to answer phone calls thinking something bad has happened or they are wanting to yell at me. Should I see a doctor?

Why is my computer running slow after reboot?

Well basically this is the first time i have rebooted my laptop since i got it, (its a toshiba equium l20 197 with 1.25gb of ram instead of 256mb) anyway after the reboot its running really slow, jutters and stalls at every oppurtunity, i thought this might be because it had no drivers but when i went on the toshiba website to download the chipset and display drivers it keeps saying it can't install because in a nut shell the hardware doesnt match the software even though ive specifically entered my computers model number etc onto the toshiba site, any ideas on why its doing this and what can i do?

How can you keep it from turning brown?

When I make pesto, I put washed basil leaves, olive oil, asiago cheese or parmesan, pine nuts or walnuts, and sometimes I put salt and/or pepper into a small food processor and turn the processor on until the basil is all ground up. It always turns brown on the surface (top) of the bowl in a short time. I want it to stay green. I tried a little lemon and that didn't help.

if it's not a big mark but a little pink/redish dot it is most probably an ant bite. It can hurt a lot but does not leave a big mark like a wasp, mosqito or spider bite. Use some bug bite cream or vodka on it and it will go away in couple of days. Spiders leave a bigger mark but you can treat the bite just as mosqito bite. It was definetly not a wasp or bee cuz it would hurt very much from the very first moment.

So I started my lifestyle change a few weeks ago; eating healthy and trying to lose weight, and ever since then my friend has been telling people I'm starving myself and really getting on my nerves. I told her to stop but she feel very strongly about it. She from germany so I brought her home with me for the holiday weekend(she's staying with her old roommate) and she's even told my family and friends. Since we work together she sees what I eat for lunch, but she'll be there 2 days out of the week and work from home the rest so she's never there. My breakfast might consist of an apple, yogurt, eggs, and toast. For lunch I might have a turkey sandwich, chicken wrap, or something with an apple, yogurt, or some type of fruit. For dinner I'll have left overs like turkey tacos, or vegetable soup, chicken breast and vegetable. Things of that nature. I usually snack on like grapes, nuts or carrots through out the day to keep me full. I also workout 5 days/wk. She's not making an effort to lose weight and its pissing me off that she keeps saying I'm starving myself. What to do? She says I only eat nuts and fruit; she doesn't see what I eat, I'll will show you my calories counter. Sorry I just needed to vent.

My Dad takes Phenegran 10mg for hayfever, but it also makes you feel drowsy and sleep. I have noticed him taking these tablets a lot, especially at night. My mun says he takes them even when he doesn't have hayfever. I took the tablets and threw them in the bushes in the McDonalds car park. My dad asked 'where are the tablets?' I felt bad and couldn't tell him the truth, but I feel it's for his own good. He went nuts going through the house looking for the tablets! He opened the medicine cabinet and took everything out then checked his room again and then checked the back rooms. Now he has Just left to buy another packet! Is he addicted?

Why is my dog being aggressive?

My dog is a pretty friendly guy. We go to the dog park to socialize and get lots of exercise walking and running together. He tends to get aggressive towards other dogs only when we're out on a walk. I don't really understand what's going on. He's totally fine in the dog park and runs around nicely with the other dogs, but if he's on a walk he goes nuts (ie pulling and barking and making a fuss in general). Why does diet make me feel tired and weak?

How to print separate images from one large one?

I have a history project, and long story short, I'm cutting out a map of Guinea on a sheet of posterboard. Thinking I would be smart, I found a picture of Guinea on Google Images, cropped it, flipped it, and resized it to one page. Then I cut my posterboard out to be proportionate to the 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper. The proportion is 3.29 to 1. (Posterboard to paper). I've resized the picture on my computer using this proportion, by multiplying the pixels of a full sheet of paper by 3.29. Now all I'd like to do is print this large image onto a few sheets of paper, (probably 6-10), and then tape these to my posterboard, overlapping. Then I can put a few dots on the borders, take them off, and presto! I have the outline to my country dotted on my posterboard. Then I could cut it out and wa-lah! But my computer printer doesnt have this option. What can I do? How can I turn an oversized image into many smaller ones, and print those out?

However there is always speech therapy if you really think he has a problem get him in now and he will be fine. also you might want to have his hearing checked maybe he is not hearing stuff correctly. but keep in mind he might just be a late learner on the whole talking thing or might just not want to kids a funny like that!

Why do i feel the presence of another person in my home? or am i just being paranoid?

Ok so this all began about three weeks ago. I haven't been able to fall asleep like I usually do. I mean I can really sleep when I want to. I love sleeping. I've always slept well but since 3 weeks ago, I lay awake all night trying to sleep, feeling restless and tired. And this is really unlike me. I live alone with my mother. She sleeps in her bedroom and I sleep in mine. When I woke up in the middle of the night 3 weeks ago, I was in the passage and I really felt like I saw a black shadow by the kitchen counter. The kitchen is white so it really stood out. I just shrugged it off as watching way to much horrors. It did freak me out though. After that incident I haven't been sleeping well. I feel like I'm being watched. Like there is someone in my room when I'm asleep. But when I wake up to check, there is nothing there. Feel like I'm going nuts. Oh and another thing is when I do manage to fall asleep ( very light sleep) I have the most awful dreams. Like about out of this world stuff. Of strange occurrences,sometimes of the people in my life concerning things that would never happen. This is really starting to bother me. Right now I'm in bed, hoping to sleep but I'm feeling really awake. I don't really wanna be in the rest of the house because I feel that presence again. So please tell me what is happening or am I loosing it?
