Help with hair (split ends and hair doesnt get any longer)?

as a cosmetologist and past experience watch in your shampoos and conditioners for panthenol. big big problem dries hair badly. use prenatals that's what i use. shampoos not to use are pantene tresseme white rain suave. one i saw that isn't bad is garnier fructis does not have panthenol. once a week deep condition leave on clean damp hair for 20 Minutes something really good for that is mayo. sounds gross but it works. when you color your hair try if possible to just do what has newly grown at your roots that will help. use a comb when hair is wet not a brush. also bed head dumb blonde shampoo and conditioner. or redkens all soft shampoo and conditioner those are the two i have had luck with.
