What are the tiny bugs that fly on my ceiling?

There really small bugs Light brown. I kill them and the a day or two later i see them i dont see them in the day time or maybe i just dont notice but its driving me NUTS. there not bed bugs and my room is clean what could they be and how can i get rid of them completly please help!
