Are my balls growing? ?

My left nut has been hurting for a couple of days and this has been happening on and off for months with both of my balls. I'm 15 and started puberty late but I am starting to see hair around my junk. Anyway my left nut has been pulsing in a way for like 2 days and I told my mom and she is going to set up an appointment but I was wondering if it was just puberty and my ball was growing or just producing sperm. The pulsing is from the topper part of my abdomen to my let nut.
