Is it possible to have both eustachian tube dysfunction and patulous etd?? ?

I have been saidvto have etd, but I also hear out of my ear when I'm talking. I'm 6 months pregnant and I was prescribed sudafed for decongestion. It's driving me nuts! Does anyone else have a eustachian tube dysfunction and what are the symptoms??
